I'm a PhD student in mathematics at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at UMass Amherst. My advisor is Paul Hacking.

My research is in Algebraic Geometry. I play with Q-Fano 3-folds, in particular, I study them using heuristics and techniques from Mirror symmetry.

I'm originally from Ecuador! :)

If I'm not playing with math I might be playing in the mountains, on a rock wall, or trying some random sport.
