Research Title: Energy Efficient and Load-Balanced Routing Schemes for In-Network Data Aggregation in WSN
I earned my PhD degree in September 2017, since finishing my PhD study I have been working as a senior lecturer at department of computer science, University of Baghdad. Dr. Ainuddin Wahid Bin Abdul Wahab was my direct supervisor during my years of study at the University of Malaya, under his guidance I gained both the skills and confidence to apply the educational and research expertise I obtained from him in my field of work. This experience opened up so many new career possibilities to me in academic field.
As a faculty; Dr. Ainuddin is extremely responsive to student questions and needs, he is supportive and readily available. He goes above and beyond to ensure that his students are well-equipped with the knowledge to accomplish their projects, he never hesitates to give additional resources and feedback to his students. Without a doubt, he has a strong sense of responsibility towards his students.
I greatly enjoyed working with and being part of Dr. Ainuddin research group where all members would function effectively by accomplishing tasks in a highly scientific environment and through strong communication skills. My group members always demonstrated support for one another as we accomplished our goals. We sincerely exemplified a sense of team loyalty by helping any member who was experiencing difficulties.
Finally, I would like to express my gratefulness and thankfulness to Dr. Ainuddin, who has inspired me and guided me both academically and morally with an open mind during my study. His academic and moral advice was essential to the success of my three years PhD Journey. It was a privilege to have work under his professional supervision. My gratitude also goes to my co-supervisor Dr. Mohd Yamani for serving as part of my supervisory committee and providing me with a guide and ideas on various aspects of my work.
