The PRAGMA team met on 10.12.25 to explore options concerning the design process of prosthesis sockets, considering both traditional and adjustable sockets. This is required to enable relevant knowledge to be codified for future AI based socket synthesis.
On 4th Dec, PRAGMA Principal Investigator Prof Jonathan C. Borg delivered a presentation concerning AI and prosthesis development ontologies at the National Taiwan University’s (NTU) Advanced Product Realization and Interaction Lab (APRIL). This gave Prof. Borg the opportunity to also raise awareness of the PRAGMA project and its goals.
The PRAGMA team meets at the Faculty of Engineering (UM) to kick-off work on the project.
