History
Beginnings
Allegheny Packards was chartered in 1968. At that time, the closest other regions were Mid-Atlantic (DMV-Pilly area) and Land Of Lincoln (Illinois). The first issue of the club publication Packard Point was published in 1973, and that same year, the club recorded 81 members, with 110 cars between them.
1975
The 1975 Roster gave 69 members with 102 cars between them, with years ranging from 1910 (photos here) to 1956 (an 11-way tie). The totals are shown below:
