End-User License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Ultra Cannabis App.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions

• Agreement means this End-User License Agreement that forms the entire agreement between You and Ultra Cannabis regarding the use of the Application.

• Application means the software program provided by Ultra Cannabis, downloaded by You through an Application Store's account to a Device, named Ultra Cannabis App.

• Application Store means the digital distribution service operated by Apple Inc. or Google Inc.

• Company ("Ultra Cannabis", "We", "Us", or "Our") refers to Ultra Cannabis, 18207 Eight Mile W, Detroit, MI.

• Content means any text, images, or information that You post, upload, link to, or otherwise make available.

• Country refers to Michigan, United States.

• Device means any device that can access the Application.

• Family Sharing / Family Group allows shared downloads among family members.

• Third-Party Services refers to any services or content provided by third parties.

• You refers to the individual or entity using the Application.

Acknowledgment

By clicking "I Agree," downloading, or using the Application, You agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not use the Application. The Application is licensed, not sold, to You.

This Agreement is between You and Ultra Cannabis, not the Application Store, which may still enforce the Agreement as a third-party beneficiary.

License

Scope of License
Ultra Cannabis grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

License Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application.

• Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code.

• Remove or alter proprietary notices.

Content

Content Restrictions
You are solely responsible for your content. Do not transmit unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or infringing content. Ultra Cannabis may remove or restrict access to any content deemed objectionable.

Intellectual Property

The Application and all associated intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Ultra Cannabis.

Your Suggestions

Any suggestions provided by You to Ultra Cannabis may be used without compensation or acknowledgment.

Modifications and Updates

Ultra Cannabis may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time. Updates may alter or remove features.

Maintenance and Support

Ultra Cannabis does not provide maintenance or support unless required by law.

Third-Party Services

Ultra Cannabis is not responsible for third-party content or services. Use at your own risk.

Privacy Policy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://ultracannabis.com/privacy

Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. You may terminate by deleting the Application. Ultra Cannabis may terminate this Agreement at any time.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Ultra Cannabis against any claims arising from your use of the Application.

No Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with no warranties. Ultra Cannabis disclaims all implied warranties.

Limitation of Liability

Ultra Cannabis’ liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid by You for the Application.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

Product Claims

Ultra Cannabis is responsible for any product-related claims, not the Application Store.

U.S. Legal Compliance

You confirm that You are not in a country subject to U.S. sanctions and not listed on any U.S. restricted parties list.

Changes to this Agreement

Ultra Cannabis may update this Agreement. Continued use after updates means You accept the new terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement is the complete understanding between You and Ultra Cannabis regarding the Application.
