Ultimate Acro History

Ultimate Acro was founded in 2016 by McKena Jones. The recreational program began January of 2017 and transformed into a full competitive program by August of 2017. The first team consisted of 8 gymnasts who formed 4 pairs and 2 trios. They traveled up the east coast to many gyms in Maryland and New Jersey. Nationals were held in Greensboro in 2018 and 3 of Ultimate's pairs qualified! Ultimate Acro was featured on FOX8 News to commemorate all of their accomplishments. After 2018 evaluations, the program more than doubled in size and now has close to 25 athletes.
