This professional learning workshop experience for educators and school leaders is designed to bring the power of inquiry within a culture of belonging to your students in the classroom and school. Over four days, participants will connect and develop ideas with one another while reflecting upon the previous school year. Thought partners will guide collaboration around ideas that create a classroom culture of community and belonging, considering the ripple effect in classrooms and beyond, as well as planning, creating, and sharing tangible plans for classrooms and schools. This hands-on workshop’s goal is for educators to focus on how routines, language, environment, and the allocation of time contribute to the overall learning culture of their classrooms.
