The following activities are going to help you to understand better the past simple, to enforce the uses, conjugations and practice regular and irregular verbs.

Activity #1

In this activity you will be able to practice regular and irregular verbs, remember that understanding and learning the differences of verbs will help you use this tense.

ACTIVITY #2

In this activity you will not only be able to practice verbs but also listening skills.

You will answer which verbs are regular or irregular and according to what you read in the songs you will write a negative sentence.

In the next page you will find some songs to practice the simple past.

Homework: You will choose a song and in a word document you will write the regular verbs in red and the irregular ones in blue that you found.
