Attendance to the Symposium is FREE for those who do not expect to receive a copy of the printed or e-copy of the proceedings.

If you do want to acquire an e-copy of the proceedings which contains all the accepted papers (except the ones that will be offered for publication in another journal), then we shall require a token fee of IDR 50,000.00 or $ 3.50 or Php 180.00.

Should you prefer to receive a printed copy of the proceedings, we shall require a token fee of IDR 150,000.00 or $ 10.50 or Php 540.00. These charges do not include shipping fees.

The certificate of attendance will be given for free for those who ask for it. The person has to register for the symposium and provide proof of attendance by filling in the attendance forms that will be provided for each meeting.

While we would encourage full attendance and would be very grateful if all those who register attend all the sessions, the Steering Committee has decided to award a certificate of attendance to anyone who asks and shows proof of attendance for at least one plenary session and one parallel session.
