Food & ACCOMMODATION

FOOD

There is a café on site which will be open 9am-5pm, serving hot and cold snacks. All food eaten in the cafe must be bought there - don’t take your packed lunch up. Note that the café isn’t open the whole time you’ll be playing, so make sure you bring enough food for snacks to get you through until dinner, which could be very late!

There’s also a decent-but-very-generic food pub just around the corner (meals are 2-for-1 all day every day - postcode ML1 2UE). Tesco Express is a few minutes drive away (ML1 2UA).

Water will be available from water fountain in the corridor at the bottom of the stairs.

Food and drink IS allowed in the hall as there is a seating area at the side of the hall. However, you must of course keep your food away from the main part of the hall - you can eat on the bleachers but you must NOT eat on the 3G playing surface - as you can imagine, it is not something you can vacuum…

Please make sure that you put all of your rubbish in the bins provided. There will be plenty around so don’t leave it all lying around!

If you leave a lot of rubbish everywhere there really is no limit on the punishment that the TD may apply. The venues we use expect us to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and your messiness can really damage our relationship with them. Do not expect us to be lenient.
