Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Culture Collection Center (UKMCC) is a unit under the Muzium Sejarah Alam, Fakulti Sains dan Teknologi, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. This unit functions as a one-stop center in preservation of microorganisms and the services relating to culture, storage and characterization of microorganisms. This unit has more than 200 isolates comprising of bacteria (139), fungi (91), microalgae (1) and yeast (8) through the results of collaborative research and field work. This collection is divided into open and closed collection.
