Welcome

The MultiSMART School of Gels is addressed to a new generation of young researchers that need training on the fundamental tools for the study of complex Soft Matter.

MultiSMART is a Horizon Europe Doctoral Network that aims at tackling society’s needs in the widespread and evolving areas of Personal Care, Cosmetics and Home Care (impacting billions of people) as well as in more high-end emerging applications of Tissue Engineering for Regenerative Medicine.

MultiSMART School of Gels is not restricted to MultiSMART DN partners but open to all the scientific community.

Fundamentals of multicomponent supramolecular soft materials.
Sustainable synthesis of soft materials.
Rheological characterization of soft materials.
X-ray diffraction and neutron scattering applied to soft matter.
NMR spectroscopy applied to soft materials and gels.
Advanced electron microscopy tools for soft matter.

Deadline for registration

Registration will open soon and remain active until 31st January or completion of vacancies. EXTENDED TILL FEB 9th.

Attendance is limitted to a total of 50 people, including MultiSMART participants.

All attendants should be registered before the end of January.
