Presentation
After having successfully hosted the 4th and 9th editions of the International Symposium “Magmatism, Metamorphism and Associated Mineralizations” (3MA), respectively in 2005 and 2015, Ibn Zohr University is honored to once again host this important international scientific event. In this context, the Faculty of Applied Sciences - Ouarzazate (FSAO) and the Faculty of Applied Sciences - Taroudant (FSAT) are joining forces to organize the 13th edition of the 3MA Symposium.
The FSAO and FSAT are therefore delighted to welcome geoscientists from around the world from 27 to 29 April 2027, to discuss issues related to magmatic and metamorphic processes and ore mineralizations: sources, conditions of formation and crystallization, geodynamic settings, and the concentration of metals into economically exploitable ore deposits.
This 13th edition will also constitute a privileged platform for exchanges between the academic community and mining operators on new exploration approaches and innovative exploitation techniques, while promoting the development of scientific collaborations and partnerships at the international level.
