Step 1 - Registration
Authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference.
The Registration Form link is only available in the Notification of Acceptance's email, which is sent to the accepted papers' corresponding authors.
At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered in order for that paper to appear in the proceedings and to be scheduled for presentation.
The deadline for registration is 7 November 2025.
An invoice for the payment process will be emailed to you once the registration is complete.
Step 2 - Camera-Ready Submission
Before creating a PDF
Refer to the reviewers’ comments to revise and improve your paper for final publication. Make sure your final submission has appropriately addressed all comments.
Please make the necessary amendments, if required, and ensure that the paper adheres to the IEEE format for camera-ready submission. Please ensure that your final paper STRICTLY follows the conference proceedings template. Please use the Camera-Ready Template available for download above.
Proofread your paper thoroughly to confirm that it will require no further revisions.
Run the similarity check and ensure that the similarity index is less than 25%.
Ensure that the final manuscript is between 4 and 6 pages.
You may include the superscript asterisk symbol (*) after the author's name to denote the Corresponding Author (e.g.: Author’s name*).
Arrange the author names and affiliations in three columns, ensuring that:
Each author’s name appears under the same column as their corresponding affiliation.
Different affiliations are listed separately and clearly matched to the respective authors.
Some important notes:
Any running headers/footers or page numbers must be removed, including for the copyright details.
Blue-underlining for URLs and email addresses should be removed (including References list).
Prepare the final manuscript with no page numbering.
