1. Who can participate in ICIFESD 2025?
ICIFESD 2025 is open to academicians, postgraduate students, researchers, industry professionals, NGOs, and policymakers, both local and international.
2. Is the conference virtual, physical or hybrid?
The conference will be conducted in hybrid mode. Presenters may participate online (via video gallery) or physically (by invitation).
3. Who needs to register and pay?
Only presenters are required to register and pay the participation fee.
Audience and general visitors may access the Conference Showcase (Online Gallery) free of charge.
4. What are the fees for presenters and publication?
Local Presenter (Normal): RM150
Local Presenter (UiTM): RM100
International Presenter: RM 200
MyCite Journal (Local): RM300–400
MyCite Journal (International): RM 550
5. Will my paper be published?
Yes. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings. Selected peer-reviewed papers will be invited for publication in MyCite-indexed journals or Scopus/WoS partner journals.
6. Can I submit more than one paper?
Yes. Multiple submissions are allowed. Each paper will be charged individually.
7. Is co-authorship allowed?
Yes. Co-authors are welcome. However, only the main presenter needs to register and present.
8. Can I attend as an audience without submitting a paper?
Yes and you don’t need to register.
The Online Conference Showcase is open to the public for free, allowing anyone to watch video presentations and explore research work.
9. What are the abstract and full paper requirements?
Templates will be provided on the website. Please follow the formatting for abstract and full paper to ease review and publication.
10. How do I register as a presenter?
Presenters may register by completing the Google Form available on the official website. Collaborators may use a promo code to enjoy discounted fees.
11. When will I receive my paper’s acceptance or journal status?
Abstract notification: within 1–2 weeks after submission
Journal selection notification: by 15 December 2025
