2-Way Matching Automation (IXP)

Agentic orchestration, implemented in Maestro, empowers enterprise customers to coordinate their long-running enterprise processes between humans, robots, and AI agents, working seamlessly across different systems of records and systems of engagement. With agentic orchestration, customers are able to design, implement, monitor, operate, and optimize their long-running processes and operate them at scale.

This exercise uses IXP (Intelligent eXtraction & Processing) for invoice data extraction from PDF documents.

Here is the plan:

1. Create BPMN diagram for our end-to-end process

2. Add an RPA Automation to the workflow to retrieve Invoice PDF document

3. Build and Add an Agent to the workflow

   1. Agent will extract data from the Invoice using an IXP project and escalate whenever confidence is low

   2. Agent will look up Purchase Order data in the backend ERP system

   3. Agent will perform validation and make a decision

4. Add a Human to the loop for escalations

5. Add an API calls to complete the process
