1. EDITORIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Decision on acceptance of articles to the editorial office
The editorial board of the journal reserves the right to accept articles for publication or to deny publication to the author. When deciding on the publication or rejection of an article, the editorial board is guided by the journal's policy (compliance with scientific specialization), the basic requirements for the content and structure of publications, and so on. The editors of the journal have the right to reject or return the article for revision if it does not meet the requirements.
Impartiality
The editorial board accepts scientific papers exclusively on the basis of their content and correctness, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, political views, ethnicity, citizenship, etc.
Confidentiality
The editorial board does not disclose information about the acceptance or rejection of the article to anyone except the author (s), co-author (s), reviewers.
Conflicts of interest
The editors of the journal are guided by the Regulations on Refusal to Publish Scientific Articles of the Publishing Ethics Committee when it comes to rejecting an article or correcting an already published work.
Unpublished materials of the article accepted for editing are not used by members of the editorial board for their own research. Interesting and useful information from the submitted articles can be used only for reference and is not used in their own interests.
Advertising, reprinting and other manipulations do not affect the decision of the members of the editorial board to accept articles for publication.
The editors of the journal undertake to carry out technical, scientific, linguistic editing of the accepted articles.
The editorial board undertakes to cooperate with the authors of the articles, providing them with the necessary assistance and answering their questions
2. RESPONSIBILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF REVIEWERS
Participation in editorial decisions
The reviewer assists the editors in making decisions about publishing or refusing to publish the article. In addition, the reviewer assists the author in correcting and improving the article.
Confidentiality
Any scientific article that is subject to review is considered a confidential document that is not subject to discussion with third parties.
Objectivity
Reviewing is always done objectively. Personal criticism of the authors is unacceptable. Reviewers are required to express their views on the article clearly with constructive comments and advice.
Confirmation of scientific sources
Reviewers should point to sources whose authors were not mentioned in the article. Any scientific data or judgments previously published by other authors must contain references to the work of this author (s). Reviewers should also review the article and plagiarism and notify members of the editorial board of its existence.
3. RESPONSIBILITY AND OBLIGATIONS OF AUTHORS
Reporting on the reliability of information
Authors who present the results of their research in the article should present them in accordance with the requirements of the articles. Articles should contain a description of the main study and necessarily additional data and references to other works that were used for the study. The presence of false or inaccurate data is unacceptable and is considered a violation of the ethics of the publication.
Authenticity and plagiarism
Authors who submit their articles to the journal must guarantee the accuracy of the data provided. If the data of other scientists are used, the authors of the articles should refer to their research in the list of used literature.
Multiple publication of one article
An article that has previously been published is not allowed to be published.
Confirmation of scientific sources
Authors should indicate the publications whose data were used during the research and writing of the scientific article.
Authorship of the article
Co-authors are those who have made a significant contribution to the study and preparation of the article. All co-authors should be familiar with and agree with the final version of the publication. All co-authors of the article must be indicated before submitting the work to the editors.
Errors in published articles
If the author finds a material error or inaccuracy in an already published article, he should notify the editor or the executive secretary of the journal to correct the problem (republish the journal or publish the relevant corrections in another journal).
During the entire existence of the magazine, the editorial office has never received any complaints about abuse of office. All problematic issues related to the finalization of articles are resolved with the authors in person and openly.
