MODERN TENDENCIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CULTURE OF UKRAINIAN SINGING AND THE METHODICAL ENSURING OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

Abstract:
The article is dedicated to trends in the development of Ukrainian singing culture in the present times, outlines the factors of influence and prospects for methodical support of the art education process. The author describes the practical experience of implementing educational and cultural projects, various forms of involvement of Ukrainian youth in the study of the national song heritage.
Among the main trends of the modern development of the culture of Ukrainian singing and methodical support of the process of art education, we can highlight: a decrease in the number of children’s folklore groups and old-timers of authentic folklore; actualization of the formation of value orientations and confirmation of the national-patriotic consciousness of children and youth; creation of new cultural products of different styles of Ukrainian singing; revival of traditional Ukrainian singing in amateur, reproductive and professional forms; enrichment of the stage repertoire of the carriers of the culture of Ukrainian singing by creating classical and pop works based on folklore; using the educational and art-therapeutic potential of Ukrainian singing; interpretation of folklore in pop performance; online archiving of folklore and expedition materials; development of innovative methodical materials for teaching Ukrainian singing; creation of the «Museum of Ukrainian Song» and video materials about the history and modernity of Ukrainian singing culture; the birth of a new wave of mass Ukrainian singing; spread of national song culture abroad and promotion of artists at international festivals; active development of the scientific school of Ukrainian singing.
