Abstract:
The article carries out a comprehensive, multi-faceted study of the theoretical, methodological, and practical principles underlying the professional training of future teachers of art schools within the context of dynamic socio-cultural transformations and modern educational challenges. The author thoroughly analyzes the current tendencies of educational paradigm shifts, emphasizing the pressing need to transition away from traditional, reproductive methods of transmitting ready-made experience toward innovative strategies of pedagogical facilitation, active partnership, and the design of flexible individual trajectories for the creative development of students. The research systematically identifies and characterizes the core structural components and key operational functions of instrumental-performing (piano) training, demonstrating how their organic integration ensures a high level of professional mobility, pedagogical competence, and selfrealization readiness. Particular attention is devoted to the methodological specifics of working with a diverse, multi-genre academic repertoire, the systematic cultivation of polyphonic thinking, and the refinement of technical mastery through a balanced combination of classical etudes and contemporary jazz compositions. Furthermore, the study highlights the vital role of ensemble musicmaking in piano duets and practical accompanist skills as essential catalysts for developing auditory self-control, metrorhythmic synchrony, and the ability to rapidly navigate complex musical scores. The article explores the growing potential of art-therapeutic practices and volunteer initiatives, demonstrating their successful integration into modern art school environments as effective mechanisms for psychological rehabilitation, the alleviation of chronic stress, and the emotional recovery of both children and adults through the healing power of musical art.
