Abstract:

The article analyzes some theoretical aspects of the problem of forming an individual trajectory of personal and professional development of a future primary school teacher in the current dimension. The need for fundamentally new requirements for the personality of the future primary school teacher and his professional activity, the need for a new vision of the meaning of his individual trajectory of personal and professional development in modern realities, which allows each future teacher to determine his own needs, goals and tasks in the professional sphere, as well as to choose tools and methods for their achievement, to consciously, purposefully, systematically and independently build and implement a strategy of professional growth in the process of training at the institution, has been updated. higher education and further professional activity. The individual trajectory of personal and professional development of the future primary school teacher is defined as the unique path of each student of education to the formation of professional qualities and personal traits, which involve independent assessment of their activities, determination of directions for eliminating shortcomings taking into account their own needs and experience, the application of new methods, technologies, methods and innovations in professional activity and the achievement of a high level of professional competence through constant selfimprovement. The key components of the individual trajectory of personal and professional development of the future primary school teacher are outlined: individual approach, self-assessment and reflection, formation of professional competence. Among the applied aspects of the implementation of the individual trajectory of the personal and professional development of the future elementary school teacher, the following are highlighted, in particular: acquiring knowledge and forming professional qualities while studying at a higher education institution; acquisition of the future primary school teacher practical experience, which allows to adapt to the demands of the labor market and gain confidence in one’s own abilities; independent learning and development; defining values is a source of internal motivation and the key to the personal and professional growth of a future primary school teacher.
