Abstract:
The article considers the value-personal approach to the formation of compositional and improvisational skills of future teachers of music in the process of professional training. The formation of compositional and improvisational skills of future teachers of music on the basis of a comprehensive approach involves a holistic organization of the educational process, which ensures the integration of knowledge, practical skills, values, creative experience and reflection to develop students’ ability to musical compositional and improvisational work, to artistic self-expression and professional self-realization. Considering that in the field of modern music and pedagogical education the problem of forming compositional and improvisational skills of future teachers of musical art acquires special relevance, which necessitates its understanding on the basis of scientifically substantiated methodological approaches. For the study, we chose systemic-axiological, reflective, value-personal, creative-search and complex approaches. The value-personal approach to the formation of compositional and improvisational skills of students of faculties of arts is relevant, because it primarily ensures the systemic and holistic development of the future teacher of musical art and involves relying on the acquired individual experience, which contributes to the creation of such conditions that organize the development of their own methods of activity.
