DEVELOPING OCCUPATINAL SAFETY COMPETENCIES AMONG STAFF AND SAFETY OF THE CONTINGENT IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to examine the features of ensuring children’s life safety in educational institutions and the development of corresponding occupational safety competencies among personnel, which implies the integration of regulatory frameworks, organizational mechanisms, and pedagogical practices. The research methods тhe application of systems analysis enabled the assessment of the interrelation between regulatory mechanisms, staff training, and safety briefings with practical aspects of shaping children’s safe behavior, while pedagogical modeling methods allowed the formulation of effective algorithms for responding to emergency situations. The results of the study demonstrated іt was established that the competence of pedagogical and administrative personnel in the field of occupational safety and preventive response determines the effectiveness of preventive measures and shapes stable models of children’s safe behavior. Additionally, it was noted that the adaptation of educational programs to contemporary conditions and active communication with parents enhance the level of safety and contribute to the harmonious development of children. The conclusions of the study confirm аt the same time, the study emphasizes the need for further research aimed at improving methods for developing professional competencies among personnel and integrating technological tools to enhance children’s life safety.
