Abstract:
The article considers modern approaches to the organization of scientific research in special education in the context of the transformation of the educational environment, digitalization and the implementation of an inclusive paradigm. The methodological foundations, principles, innovative strategies and interdisciplinary guidelines for research activities are outlined. Particular attention is paid to the integration of quantitative and qualitative methods, the use of digital technologies, ethical aspects and practice-oriented research.
Modern special education operates in conditions of intensive social changes caused by the development of an inclusive educational environment, digital technologies and new socio-cultural challenges. In these conditions, traditional approaches to the organization of scientific research lose their effectiveness, as they do not provide a sufficient level of flexibility, complexity and practical orientation. There is a need to rethink the methodological principles of research activities in special education, focused on the integration of various scientific approaches, adaptability to the needs of individuals with special educational needs and compliance with international standards.
The modern scientific paradigm emphasizes the demonstrability of research results, which involves the use of valid and reliable methods, a clear justification for the choice of research procedures, as well as the possibility of reproducing the results obtained. In special education, this is of particular importance, since the effectiveness of pedagogical influences is directly related to the quality of life of individuals with special educational needs.
Thus, the organization of scientific research in special education requires a systematic rethinking, taking into account modern scientific approaches, technological innovations and social demands.
