Abstract:
The article examines the theoretical and practical principles of deontological training of specialists in the higher education system of Japan. The essence of deontology as a component of professional training is analyzed, its content, principles and functions are outlined. The features of the introduction of deontological norms into the educational process of Japanese universities are determined, and effective pedagogical approaches to the formation of professional ethics are considered. A generalization is made about the integrative nature of deontological training and its importance for the formation of a responsible specialist.
Deontological training in Japanese universities has a number of specific features, due to the cultural, social and educational traditions of the country. Its effectiveness is ensured by systematicity, value orientation and practical orientation.
Deontological training in Japan is characterized by a deep value foundation, systematicity and practical orientation. Its key features ensure the formation of not only a competent, but also a morally responsible specialist, able to act effectively in the conditions of modern society.
Deontological training in Japanese universities is characterized by integrity and integrativity, which ensures a harmonious combination of knowledge, values and practical behavior of future specialists. In its structure, three interrelated components are distinguished: cognitive, value-motivational and behavioral.
