Abstract:
Modeling of a specialist’s activity is a relatively new scientific direction in the domestic educational space. After all, modeling means fully understanding and creatively approaching the future profession from theoretical knowledge to professional skills. Modeling of professional training of future construction specialists should take place from theoretical knowledge to professional skills in the following areas, which are decisive for ensuring the proper level of formation of their professional competence: determining the principles, methodological approaches, techniques and pedagogical technologies that can form the professional competence of future construction specialists in order to satisfy both the demands of society and their personal needs regarding professional activity; modeling of pedagogical conditions for the development, formation, and formation of professional competence of future construction industry specialists in the educational space of an educational institution; modeling of the effective activity of future graduates of construction institutions during professional-practical, professional-theoretical, general-professional training; designing the process of forming professional competence of future construction industry specialists during training in educational institutions as a model.
Development of a model of competency-based professional training of construction industry specialists in a digital environment from theoretical knowledge to professional skills is the most important link in the development of educational goals. The fundamental features of models of such professional training and activities of a future specialist are highlighted. It is noted that it is the competency-based approach that is leading for building a competency-based model of training of construction industry specialists, which involves the formation of professional competence in young people through mastering theoretical knowledge and acquiring professional skills.
Active methods of competency-based training have been analyzed, which include a wide range of approaches that activate future construction industry specialists, stimulate their active participation in the educational process and contribute to the development of their competencies and professional skills. Great importance for the training of construction industry specialists when using a competency-based model of the educational process is given to digital technologies and e-learning tools.
