Abstract:
The research methods are determined by the specifics of scientific analysis, which combines the provisions of musical education, cultural history and art history, and is also based on the principles of historicism, systematics and interdisciplinarity. Since musical and educational activities are a complex socio-cultural phenomenon, its study requires the use of a set of methods that allow comprehensively characterizing the processes that took place in the cultural and educational sphere of the Dnipropetrovsk region in the 1970s.
The leading method in the article is the historical method, which allows us to trace the evolution of musical and educational practices in the context of the socio-political conditions of the Soviet period. The application of this method allows us to reconstruct the activities of cultural and educational institutions, to determine the features of their work, to find out the influence of state cultural policy on the content and forms of musical education.
The comparative historical method is of great importance, which is used to compare the musical and educational processes of the Dnipropetrovsk region with similar phenomena in other regions of the Ukrainian SSR. This approach allows us to identify common trends and regional features, to determine the unique features of the cultural environment of the region, and to assess the level of development of its cultural and educational network.
The comparative method makes it possible to establish to what extent the activities of local cultural institutions met all-Union requirements and at the same time reflected the local needs of the population. A significant role is played by the culturological method, which provides an analysis of musical education as a socio-cultural phenomenon. To generalize the data obtained, an analytical-synthetic method is used, which provides systematization of facts, identification of patterns and the formation of holistic conclusions regarding the development of musical and educational activities. It allows integrating the results of historical, art history and culturological analysis into a single scientific concept.
It was stated that musical and educational activities were and are aimed at preserving the traditions of national culture, developing the sphere of cultural and educational work, attracting a wide audience of listeners to the values of classical musical art. Therefore, musical and educational activities should be considered as one of the effective types of educational work, the purpose of which is to develop independent creativity of the individual. This cultural activity is very relevant, since it allows transferring the acquired knowledge about music to a wide audience of listeners, influencing the formation of worldview and aesthetic taste. The state of development and formation of varieties of musical education in the history of Ukrainian culture in the Dnipropetrovsk region is characterized by the intensification of the formation of complex forms in the conditions of socio-political transformations. There was an improvement of pop and choral performances, vocal and acting, choreographic skills, scenographic searches, in the process of interaction of traditions and innovation.
