Abstract:
The article presents a comparative analysis of the development of educational startups in the field of inclusive education, using the cases of Germany and Poland as European Union countries actively implementing innovative approaches to ensuring equal access to quality education for individuals with special educational needs. The relevance of the study is обусловлена by the growing role of digital technologies and startup ecosystems in the modernization of educational systems, as well as the need to identify effective tools for supporting inclusive learning in the context of contemporary socio-economic challenges.
The paper explores the essence of the concept of an «educational startup» within the context of inclusive education, identifying its key characteristics, functions, and potential as a tool for innovative transformation. It is substantiated that educational startups act as an important driver of the transformation of traditional educational models, contributing to the personalization of learning, increased accessibility of educational resources, and the creation of adaptive learning environments for diverse categories of learners.
The study analyzes the specific features of startup ecosystem development in Germany and Poland, including the availability of state support, investment climate, educational policies, and infrastructure for fostering innovation in education.
