Abstract:
The article analyzes the nature and causes of professional conflicts in the educational art environment. The psychological and pedagogical features of conflict situations are considered, the main ethical norms and professional strategies that contribute to the constructive resolution of contradictions in the process of creative activity of students of art education, choreographers, musicians, actors, are identified. Ways to prevent conflict situations and methods for their constructive resolution are proposed.
The modern environment of higher education institutions is characterized by a high level of conflict. Under such conditions, there is a decrease in the quality of educational services of higher education institutions and the effectiveness of educational and professional activities of students. Unlike classical universities, the artistic student environment is even more based on the subjectivity of assessment, the publicity of work results and fierce competition in the process of creative self-expression. In conditions of social uncertainty and digitalization of education, these factors become catalysts of specific conflicts that require in-depth psychological analysis.
Research in the psychological and pedagogical field convinces that the majority of teachers and students, participants in the educational process, do not possess sufficient knowledge, skills and abilities that would contribute to the prevention and constructive resolution of conflicts, the creation of a conflict-free environment. The authors emphasize that one of the most significant is the psychological barrier, which is associated with the internal state of the student. In artistic disciplines, the learning process is often accompanied by a high level of emotional stress. The student may feel fear of making a mistake, anxiety about assessment, or uncertainty about their own abilities. Such factors can lead to a decrease in activity in the lesson, limitation of creative initiative, and difficulties in mastering the educational material. In turn, the teacher’s task is to create a favorable psychological atmosphere in which the student feels support and confidence in the possibilities of their own professional development.
Keywords: educational art environment, creative competition, factors of professional conflicts, constructive resolution of conflicts, favorable psychological atmosphere in the artistic educational environment.
