Abstract:
The practice of students of higher educational institutions is an important part of the educational and professional program for training specialists, the main goal of which is to ensure high quality practical training of graduates at the level of the educational and qualification level «bachelor» or «master». Pedagogical practice in the formation of creative skills of future primary school teachers is a process of practical training of students, which contributes to the development of their creative abilities through active participation in the pedagogical process, the application of theoretical knowledge in real learning conditions, as well as the formation of the ability to use innovative methods and approaches for effective work with primary school students, which helps students develop pedagogical creativity, intuition and the ability to improvise in the classroom.
In the context of the modernization of primary education, the process of training a future primary school teacher can be divided conditionally into the following main parts: general education, special professional training (psychological and pedagogical training, methodological training, and this includes pedagogical practice) and personal training (self-improvement of the personality and its professional self-development).
Pedagogical practice in higher education institutions is an integral part of the training of future specialists and an important stage of their professional development. In accordance with the specifics of the educational sphere, the bases of practice are general secondary education institutions of the city and region, where students collaborate with teachers of higher education institutions and experienced primary school teachers. During their studies, students undergo several types of practice, which allows them not only to improve professional skills, but also to develop personal professional qualities. The effectiveness of professional training of primary school teachers depends not only on the quality of knowledge acquisition by students, but also on the need to independently acquire new knowledge and effectively use it in practice.
An important area of work is the preparation of future primary school teachers to integrate educational material in the content of related subjects and work in the inclusive educational space of primary school through the introduction of special courses, content modules, and projectactivities.
The main tasks of pedagogical practice are: deepening and consolidating theoretical knowledge; formation and development of professional skills, abilities and personal qualities of future teachers; familiarization with the modern educational work of schools and providing them with assistance in working with schoolchildren; fostering love for the chosen profession, forming pedagogical interests and inclinations, developing a creative approach to teaching; applying the acquired knowledge and skills in methodological and psychological and pedagogical disciplines in professional activities.
