Abstract:
This article analyses innovative approaches to organising the educational process in higher education institutions and provides a comparative review of international experience in their implementation. It discusses digital technologies, interactive teaching methods, project-based and problem-based learning models, as well as mechanisms for the internationalisation of education, including the academic mobility of students and staff. Based on research from leading universities in the US, the EU, Finland, Germany, Singapore and Australia, the effectiveness of these approaches in developing students’ professional competencies, critical thinking, creativity and practical skills is assessed. In addition, the experience of Ukrainian higher education institutions in the areas of digitalisation, interactive learning and the implementation of international practices is examined. The results of the study open up new prospects for modernising the educational process in Ukraine and improving the quality of specialist training in the context of contemporary global challenges.
Innovative approaches significantly improve the quality of education. The use of digital platforms, interactive methods, as well as project-based and problem-based learning contributes to the development of professional competencies, analytical and creative abilities of students. International experience confirms the importance of practical training. Dual education in Germany, project-based learning in Finland and research programs in Singapore demonstrate that the combination of theoretical knowledge with practical skills forms highly qualified and competitive specialists.
Internationalization and academic mobility contribute to the development of necessary competencies. Student exchange programs and international joint projects ensure the development of intercultural communication and global awareness of professional activities.
