Abstract:
The author highlights the problem of the genesis of professional consciousness of future teachers of musical art. It is found that the period of obtaining professional education and acquiring the appropriate qualification refers to primary professionalization, during which professional skills and qualities are formed, a professional worldview is laid for the successful start of work.
The genesis of professional consciousness is progressive changes that orient applicants for higher artistic education to the acquisition of subjectivity, aim at self-development, self-regulation, self-determination, self-affirmation and self-realization in the profession. This involves the use of professional reflection, increasing the level of professional self-awareness based on the adoption of a system of general and artistic values, professional value orientations (professional characteristics), expanding the spectrum of motives that determine communication (professional communication), professional behavior and professional activity. Changes should occur at the micro level (inner world), become a source of qualitative movement of consciousness and influence external manifestations (activity).
Professional consciousness is an individually adjusted picture of the world (professional attitudes), which allows future music teachers to find themselves in the profession through the acquisition of an individually significant meaning of their professional actions. Important aspects in this process are: manageability and emotional coloring of professional activity, openness to changes in challenges and difficulties in practical work, determination of professional style, professional productivity, increased expressive activity, acceptance of responsibility for professional actions and others.
The professional development of future teachers of musical art begins with primary professionalization. In this process, it is important to acquire a special way of thinking that forms a professional worldview. This makes it possible to internalize the system of professional values, to appropriate professional signs, to acquire subjectivity in activity, which is transformed into a certain professional behavior and to outline a professional style. The genesis of consciousness involves the expansion of the professional picture of the world through the acquisition of a new interfunctional system, one of the properties of which should be an increase in quality and complexity.
