Abstract:
The issue of finding optimal ways to become a well-educated, worthy personality with aspirations for free self-development in today’s socio-economic, political realities is becoming an urgent psychological problem, because an ideally educated person with high personal status and authority contributes to the development of society with his achievements. The relevance of forming a high personal status in students is associated with the existence of negative examples when important positions for the state are occupied by incompetent people with a low level of intellectual and moral potential.
Personality is presented as a carrier, an exponent of views, a common beginning of interests, traditions, aspirations, beliefs, hopes, as well as consciousness, relationships, activities, the collective and society as a whole. Each student’s personality has significant potential, which is realized by him throughout his life. At the same time, each individual realizes his potential, usually only partially, and if life circumstances are negative, then only a small part of it remains in demand. That is, the student’s personal self-determination is associated with positive views on the nature of an adult personality.
The creation of a favorable climate of interpersonal relationships is of great importance between students and teachers. Interpersonal relationships that are created in a higher education institution are a psychological phenomenon that inevitably arises in the process of communication and concern human society in all spheres: education, economics, everyday life, politics, culture, etc. The connection between life activities and interpersonal relationships is mutually conditioned, that is, causal in nature. The improvement of innovative teaching tools is aimed at developing the personal status of students. Cooperation technology (partner technology) combines an optimally subject- and personality-oriented learning technology, according to which the goal of the teacher’s work is the implementation of a task that is triune.
Purposeful selection of methods and forms appropriate for high-quality extracurricular work in order to accelerate the growth of the status level of students is necessary in modern higher ducation. Priority areas in extracurricular work are named.
The position in society and the social function are decisive for the analysis of students as a special social group. Official public assignments, community work are an important type of student activity. In the process of implementing this activity, certain relationships between students are formed. Being an integral part of youth, students are a specific social group characterized by a system of value orientations, special conditions of work and life, life, psychology and social behavior.
