Abstract:
The training of future primary school teachers in modern conditions is one of the key factors in the formation of the intellectual potential of society, the development of its general culture, spirituality and system of values. It is the primary school teacher who plays a decisive role in the formation of the child’s personality, laying the foundation for his social activity, civic consciousness and ability to further study, which in the future affects the formation of the social capital of the state, its economic and socio-political competitiveness. In this regard, there is a growing need to update approaches to the professional training of the future primary school teacher as a highly qualified specialist, capable of self-development and self-improvement, with formed value and spiritual and moral priorities.
The content of professional education is a key factor determining the quality of training of future teachers. It includes both mandatory and elective disciplines that allow meeting the needs of society, the development of science and technology, as well as the individual needs of students. The continuity of professional pedagogical training is of great importance for the formation of highly qualified pedagogical personnel. It ensures the gradual accumulation of knowledge and skills, their adaptation to the changing requirements of society and modern education. Given the specifics of the pedagogical profession, it is impossible not to note its significance in the development and mobility of students, since the education system itself can be considered as a «ladder» of vertical advancement, and the formation of mobility is facilitated by the professional activity of the teacher and the conditions of his self-education and self-development. Thus, effective pedagogical training requires the integration of modern approaches to the content of education, the creation of conditions for the personal development of students. Modern pedagogical education requires the integration of classical and innovative teaching methods, as well as the creation of conditions for the development of the student’s personality, which will contribute to the successful professional activity of the future teacher.
