Abstract:
Ukraine’s entry into the European educational space requires a radical reform of the education system, in particular, high-quality training of preschool education specialists and methodological work in preschool education in the context of modern management. The effectiveness of preschool education and its quality primarily depend on methodologically competent professionals, heads of preschool educational institutions, such as: director, methodologist and educator of preschool educational institutions, who provide an innovative and materially-oriented educational and educational process of preschool educational institutions. Therefore, in the context of educational reform, there is a need to change the organization of scientific and methodological support for the professional activities of teachers, in particular, approaches to organizing methodological work in preschool educational institutions, in general, in the context of modern management.
The methodological office is the center of methodological work in a preschool educational institution in the context of modern management. The main forms of organizing preschool children in preschool educational institutions are: classes (specially organized educational activities), independent and game activities of children (speech, artistic, motor, game, research, labor, etc.), observations, excursions, individual work, walking tours, entertainment and holidays, circles, etc. Educational and educational activities with children are organized in the following way, namely: individually, in subgroups, frontally.
The form of work is chosen (individually, in subgroups or frontally) taking into account the educational goal, the age of children, the material and technical support of the preschool educational institution. The filling of the methodological office must meet the requirements of: modernity; accessibility; informativeness and content; aesthetics; meet the needs of teachers in selfimprovement and self-development. An electronic information bank for the educational activities of the preschool educational institution should be created in the methodological office.
The goal and task of methodological work in the preschool educational institution are: the use of interactive and innovative methods in working with children; the organization and implementation of the exchange of experience of educators of different age groups; the use of information and communication technologies both in improving their qualifications and in working with children; increasing the level of creativity of preschool educational institutions; studying and generalizing best practices. In order to ensure the continuity of preschool education and primary education, the methodological work of the educator in the context of modern management involves various forms, which is disclosed in the article. Today, the leader-organizer is required to innovatively implement innovative forms of methodological work, the necessary psychological and methodological skills and knowledge. In modern conditions of social development, an important link in the system of continuous education of preschool teachers is effective and efficient methodological activity, the role of which is significantly increasing due to the need to effectively and rationally apply new technologies, methods, forms of learning and reforming preschool education.
