Abstract:
The article examines the features of professional training of future managers of socio-cultural activities, who must possess professional competencies formed by the EU countries and are a source of valuable experience for stimulating internal transformations and integration of Ukraine into the European cultural and educational space.
Innovative changes in the world economy determine modern requirements for the level of quality of professional training of future managers of socio-cultural activities, as well as research issues and motivate for further scientific explorations related to the further successful implementation of a professional career. Professional training of future managers of socio-cultural activities takes place in an educational and professional environment, mastering knowledge, skills and abilities for self-realization and achieving the heights of professionalism. A balanced and systematic approach to a future professional career is characterized by the presence of productive creative thinking, the ability to solve professional tasks and motivation for self-improvement in future managers of socio-cultural activities.
The decisive task of modernizing the system of professional training of future managers of socio-cultural activities is to ensure its quality, organize such an approach to professional training of specialists that would meet the needs of the modern labor market, society and satisfy the motivation of the individual in socio-cultural activities.
The main goal of professional training of future managers of socio-cultural activities is to create, organize and implement socio-cultural projects dedicated to certain events in the life of society, the presentation of folklore traditions and the honoring of historical figures and involves forecasting, planning, accounting, coordination and stimulation of future managers of socio-cultural activities for creative work that meets the needs of modern society, the state and a specific audience.
