Abstract:
The article attempts to substantiate the participatory approach to the formation of moral and ethical culture of future art specialists. The essence of the definition of «participatory approach» is specified. It is proved that the participatory approach opens up qualitatively new prospects for the ability of a higher education institution to create appropriate pedagogical conditions for the formation of moral and ethical culture of future art specialists.
It has been proven that recently, in the formation of the moral and ethical culture of future specialists in the art industry, special attention has been paid to such a form of participation as student participatory design, that is, the development and implementation by an initiative group of students of a project aimed at solving a particular problem related to stage, theatrical and concertperforming activities aimed at the artistic and creative comprehension of works of art and values of world culture.
Therefore, it is quite natural that the use of a participatory approach not only allows adapting to the needs of artistic and creative activity, but also stimulates the development of skills in interpreting works of art and independence in decision-making. This provides an opportunity to use various participatory-oriented formats of the educational process, which involve active interaction with the professional community: guest lectures, trainings, joint panel discussions with the participation of practitioners of socio-cultural activities.
When future professionals in the arts industry participate in creative projects, meetings with famous composers, musicians, choreographers, ballet masters, they become co-organizers of creative initiatives. Future professionals in the arts industry do not just gain knowledge, but learn to apply it in concert and stage activities, which is essential for the formation of professional competencies that play a significant role in the implementation of a participatory approach.
Keywords: participatory approach, moral and ethical culture, future art specialists.
