Abstract:
In the conditions of innovative changes, particularly high requirements are placed on the level of practical training and theoretical knowledge of the teacher in the field of education. It is important that he be able to improve his professional activities and orient the educational process to the personality of the student so that each student has many opportunities for highly effective and independent development. This determines the issues and content of the personal and professional training of the teacher in a fundamentally new context, focusing on the need to create pedagogical systems aimed at innovative activity, on the search for new approaches to training future specialists in the field of education.
Globalization and integration processes in the world, which define modern democratic society in the 21st century, emphasize the need for a sharp increase in the quality of general secondary and higher education in Ukraine. The system of professional training of future teachers in Ukrainian higher education institutions involves the use of differentiated and integrated approaches to create a holistic training system that meets the requirements of future professional activity, qualification standards, individual characteristics and capabilities of future specialists at different levels of education. This approach is implemented in the context of cooperation between various educational institutions, institutions and organizations. In modern conditions of successful professional activity of a teacher, the development of methodological competence plays an important role. This concept includes several key components, such as professional competence, a system of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for effective professional activity, as well as the correct choice of methods for organizing the pedagogical process. The leading goal of the educational policy of all civilized countries of the world is defined as promoting the improvement of the quality of the modern educational paradigm by changing traditional teaching methods, which only help develop reproductive ways of learning information, to innovative ones. Within the EU, the goal is to increase the international attractiveness of European higher education and improve the quality of education, as well as training at all levels in the EU, combining excellence and equality, by providing young people with the opportunity to move within the EU, improving the employment situation of young professionals. It is planned to implement and strengthen EU programs in the areas of freedom of movement, university education, research and link these programs to national programs and capabilities of the member states; support the development of non-formal education; improve certain indicators in the field of education in each of its segments; increase the openness and accessibility of educational systems by creating national qualification standards. These strategic provisions on innovative activity, the quality of education should also be taken into account in the process of professional and pedagogical training of future teachers for innovative activity.
