Abstract:
The article presents a theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem of training future officers for the analytical support of service and combat activities within the system of military higher education institutions of Ukraine. The relevance of the study is determined by the transformation of the security environment, the increasing role of the intellectual and analytical component in military command and control, and the need to form a new type of officer capable of comprehensive analysis of the operational situation, forecasting the development of events, and making well-grounded managerial decisions under conditions of uncertainty and risk.
The paper clarifies the essence of the concept of «analytical support of service and combat activities» in the pedagogical context as an integrative process of forming in future officers a system of knowledge, skills, modes of thinking, and value orientations that ensure effective analysis of operational information and unit management. The content of the officer’s intellectual and analytical functions is revealed, including operational situation analysis, risk assessment, modeling of possible scenarios, forecasting the consequences of managerial decisions, and the use of modern digital decision-support tools.
The expediency of applying an integrative training methodology that combines systemic, competence-based, activity-based, project-oriented, risk-oriented, and digital approaches is substantiated. Their functional role in the structure of professional training is determined as follows: the systemic approach ensures the integrity of analytical activity formation; the competence-based approach focuses on achieving a well-formed professional and analytical competence; the activitybased and project-oriented approaches provide practical orientation through the modeling of professional situations and the development of analytical cases; the risk-oriented approach develops the ability to operate under conditions of uncertainty; and the digital approach integrates information and analytical systems into the educational process. A conceptual model of integrating methodological approaches into the training of a future officer-analyst is proposed. It is based on the coordination of methodological, procedural, content-functional, and instrumental levels of the educational process.
