Abstract:
The article considers the problem of implementing innovative methods of foreign language training of future specialists of socio-economic specialties using digital educational resources in the context of the transformation of the modern educational space. The relevance of the study is due to the processes of digitalization of society, the growing role of information and communication technologies in professional activities and the need to form professionally oriented foreign language communicative competence of higher education applicants.
The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate and analyze the effectiveness of innovative methods of teaching foreign languages in combination with digital educational resources.
The didactic potential of the communicative method, the project method, the case method, problem-oriented learning, the method of modeling professional situations, flipped learning, autonomous and interactive learning in a digital environment is characterized. Their role in the development of professionally significant qualities of future specialists is determined: critical thinking, decision-making ability, team interaction, intercultural communication, autonomy and responsibility for the results of one’s own activities. It is emphasized that the integration of digital platforms, online resources, multimedia tools and virtual environments expands the possibilities of organizing the educational process, contributes to the individualization of learning and increases its motivational component.
It is proven that the complex use of innovative methods with the involvement of digital educational resources ensures the effective formation of foreign language communicative competence of future specialists in socionomic specialties and their readiness for professional activity in the conditions of a globalized information society.
