Abstract:
The article provides a theoretical analysis of corporate culture as one of the main factors motivating the teaching team within the framework of national leadership. The relevance of this study is determined by the current transformation processes in the Ukrainian education system, which are accompanied by the reform of management structures, the growing importance of teamwork, as well as the need to increase the professional stability of teachers and consolidate national values in the educational environment. It has been established that the corporate culture of an educational institution is an integrative mechanism that combines values, norms of professional behaviour, and models of interaction among teachers, thereby ensuring the cohesion of the team and increasing its motivation.
The study reveals the essence of the corporate culture of the teaching team and highlights its main components: value-semantic, normative-regulatory, communicative and activity components. It shows that their harmonious combination contributes to the formation of internal motivation of teachers, the development of a sense of professional responsibility and readiness for innovation. Considerable attention is paid to the role of national leadership as the ability of managers and pedagogical leaders to integrate national, civic, and humanistic values into the management system and corporate culture of an educational institution. The author’s definition of national leadership in a pedagogical context is presented.
It has been established that national leadership enhances the motivational potential of corporate culture and contributes to the formation of a common identity among teaching staff and increased team building effectiveness, especially in the context of the crisis challenges facing modern education. It has been concluded that the conscious development of corporate culture should be considered a strategic direction of the managerial activity of the head of an educational institution. Opportunities for further research on the empirical analysis of the motivation of teaching teams and the development of models for the formation of corporate culture in the context of national leadership have been outlined.
