Abstract:
The article presents the theoretical foundations of the formation of the ecological culture of future teachers of vocational training in the field of transport. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing negative impact of the transport sector on the environment, the need to implement the provisions of the concept of sustainable development and the training of pedagogical personnel capable of forming ecological competence in vocational education students.
The functions of ecological culture (worldview, regulatory, prognostic, educational) are determined and its structural components are characterized: value-motivational, cognitive, activitypractical and reflexive.
It is substantiated that the effectiveness of the formation of ecological culture is ensured by the greening of the content of vocational training, the integration of the principles of sustainable development into the educational process, the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, the organization of practice-oriented and project activities of education students. The need for a systematic approach to the formation of ecological culture as a component of the professional competence of a future teacher of the transport profile is emphasized.
The formation of an ecological culture of future teachers of vocational training in the field of transport is an important direction of modernization of vocational education. Ecological culture has an integrative nature and includes value-motivational, cognitive, activity-practical and reflective components. The effectiveness of its formation is ensured by the greening of the content of training, the implementation of the principles of sustainable development, the use of innovative teaching technologies and the organization of practice-oriented activities. Prospects for further research are the development of diagnostic tools and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical conditions.
