Abstract:
The article provides a comprehensive analysis of organizational approaches to managing the educational process in preschool educational institutions in the context of modern regulatory, social and educational transformations. Within the framework of the study, a preschool educational institution is considered as an open socio-pedagogical system, the functioning of which is determined by the interaction of internal organizational resources and external managerial influences. The managerial aspects of the variability of educational and partial programs, the organization of different types of groups, an inclusive and safe educational environment, as well as the flexibility of the mode of functioning of preschool educational institutions are revealed. The impact of digitalization and the need to take into account the provisions of the Concept of Digital Hygiene of Preschool Children in managerial decisions are separately highlighted. It is taken into account that the main development of the manager’s managerial competence and his strategy is interaction with the teaching staff and the public.
