PSYCHOLOGICAL BASIS OF PHYSICAL AND SPORTS REHABILITATION IN THE TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE

Abstract:
The article examines the psychological foundations of physical and sports rehabilitation in the context of professional training of future teachers of physical culture. The emphasis is on the need to integrate psychological knowledge and practices into the system of educational training of pedagogical personnel to ensure effective work with students who have health limitations or require a special approach in the process of physical development. An analysis of the structural components of professional training, namely: motivational, cognitive, operational-activity and reflective, and their role in forming the readiness of a future specialist to carry out rehabilitation activities. Special attention is paid to the development of the personal qualities of the teacher - humanism, empathy, tolerance, psychological stability, as well as the formation of interpersonal interaction skills, ethical communication and psychological support for students. The importance of modern methods of psychoprophylaxis and self-regulation is considered, including relaxation techniques, visualization, breathing exercises, art therapy and other psycho- hygienic means, which contribute to both the preservation of the mental health of teachers and the effective support of students in the process of physical education and health activities. The need for the formation of a psychological and pedagogical environment in higher education institutions is outlined, which ensures not only the transfer of knowledge, but also the creation of conditions for self-realization and awareness of the teacher’s social mission. The prospects for further research related to improving the content of psychological and pedagogical training, developing effective models of interdisciplinary interaction in the field of physical rehabilitation, as well as introducing innovative technologies that will contribute to improving the quality of professional training of specialists in the educational sector are determined. Implementing an integrated approach to training future specialists allows you to form a full-fledged system of professional education that will meet modern challenges, trends in the development of science and society as a whole. It must be scientifically sound.
