THE PHENOMENON OF MUSICAL IMPROVISATION IN THE PROFESIONAL ACTIVITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS

Abstract:
The purpose of the article is to actualize the problem of improving the quality of training of future teachers of art disciplines in the context of socio-cultural challenges of modernity; to substantiate the significance of the phenomenon of improvisation as a component of creative selfrealization of higher education students. The article presents the phenomenology of musical improvisation in artistic and educational projection as a vector of the humanistic orientation of subjects of interaction with art towards awareness and correction of their own subjective and creative development. Methods of theoretical analysis, generalization, and synthesis were used, which made it possible to formulate the author’s definition in a moderate manner. Attention is focused on the implementation of axiological, cultural, and systemic approaches to the creative development of the personality of future specialists. The article substantiates the author’s position according to which the ability to creative improvisational activity is considered as an integrated systemic formation that arises as a result of the formation of a positive attitude to creative music and pedagogical activity, the accumulation of experience in this activity, enrichment and expansion of the artistic thesaurus. This phenomenon reflects the degree of opportunities for actualizing the creative potentials of the future teacherartist, his/her ability to accumulate a multi-aspect complex of pedagogical and performing skills, abilities, motivational and multifunctional components that are subject to the student’s unique creative self and are productively presented in educational work with students. The article presents the phenomenology of musical improvisation in the artistic and educational projection as a vector of humanistic orientation of higher education students to the awareness and correction of personal and creative development.
