Dr. Tushar Patel, MD, Director of Pathology Informatics and Clinical Informatics Fellowship Director at UIC gave a beautiful talk on the role of pathologists in the diagnostic workflow and touched on the implications, challenges, and opportunities for using AI in pathology to help guide patient care alongside physicians.
