This project is to depict a phobia and help the user over coming their fear using the Oculus Quest and Unity. The phobia I chose to represent is Ludophobia or the fear of games. Because of the recent success of the show Squid Game, I decided to build the office like the show. The show had many games that included red light green light, marbles, and tug of war. The fun colors and music of the office is to put the player at ease. The office even has some presents on display for the user who overcomes their fear!

This piggy bank full of money inspired my piggy bank on the second floor of the office. After each game, more money falls into the piggy bank in the show, so I showed money constantly falling down in my piggy bank
In the first episode, it is kickstarted with a brutal red light green light game. The robot detects any movement after it sings red light. This is what inspired the girl on the first floor turning around and then back towards the wall. Also the Korean song it is singing translates to red light green light.
The main room of my game is inspired by game two room of the Squid Game. It's an adult size playground. I thought it was interesting how brutal it was to make them play a violent game in an innocent looking area.
I used these stairs on the second floor of my game. I thought it was pretty and because it was very maze like it matched the game theme. The art director was influenced by Escher's drawing of Relativity to make these set of stairs
This is a honeycomb game popular in Korea, but also used in Squid Game. The player has to cut out the shape of the cookie with a needle, so that's why I had a cookie, a cookie shaper, and a needle in one office cubical
They play tug of war for one of the games, where the other team pulls them off a tall platform to their death, so that is why I put a rope on the upstairs cubicle
The players in the show play a marble game, so this inspired the two cubicles to have marbles in them
In the show, the players play a glass bridge game based all on luck. This is what inspired the glass bridge on the second floor
