Through this project of social change, Operation TUHOG aims to do the following through the CASE principle:
Create an avenue for learning various elements of street food safety and preparation;
Apply scientific reasoning and data to develop the idea of food safety and security better;
Secure educational knowledge by portraying how street food can be prepared safely for local vendors; and
Encourage audiences to support street food as a livelihood for local vendors.
Operation TUHOG aims to provide Filipino audiences with clean and up-to-date standard street food by educating street vendors and consumers on basic food safety and its significance to the industry and environment. Through this approach to knowledge, they may apply the principles and knowledge attached to the materials to be created, whether through accessible online sources such as a Facebook page, online posters, or a website.
