Performance Task: Short Story
Date of Creation: December 14, 2022
This artifact is a fictional short story made by group, and the idea of the short story came entirely from me. As the story is about two chosen heroes being in a foreign land where danger lurks everywhere, it was a short story that was inspired by a videogame called "Elden Ring". My groupmates and I first created an outline to summarize and organize what will be the flow of the story, from the introduction of the characters and setting until the denouement of the story. This artifact was made in December 14, 2022 which was during our Christmas Break at the time, and it was written in Google Docs.
REFLECTION OF FIRST ARTIFACT:
This artifact made my writing skills and storytelling skills develop even more because as I am fond of fictional stories myself, I wrote this Short Story with all the inspirations that I gathered from all the fantasy stories that I've watched, played, and read.
The concept of this artifact was definitely made to enhance my writing capabilities as it made me learn new words that I haven't heard or pronounced before in my life.

Performance Task 2: Completion Booklet
Date of Creation: January 9, 2023
This is the second artifact of Creative Writing, it is a booklet that consists of the first Performance Task and all the scaffolds in the second quarter of specialized subject. It was made in the 9th of January, 2023 and the creation of design for the booklet was made in Canva. And the printed version of the booklet was passed in the exact date of the final deadline.
REFLECTION OF SECOND ARTIFACT:
I developed the skill in creating and designing a booklet all because of this artifact. I realized that designing a booklet that consists entirely of all the activities that I've done in the subject makes me appreciate myself for knowing that I created those activities that other people can see in the Booklet that I and my groupmates created.
For my personal life, I will use this concept in the future as my guide in creating booklets, especially the designs of the booklets that I've made.
