Personal Traits

The three photos that I provided are similar to the good personality traits that I demonstrated during my work immersion. Firstly, I participated in almost every meeting in the work field as it will enhance the performance expectations that the trainers will have  on me. Secondly, I would always put my time management above everything else as it will make the flow of my work more smooth and precise. Thirdly, I always listened to my peer’s presentations as all of us had different kinds of topics to be discussed and taking notes was the key in maintaining a good library of knowledge inside my mind. Lastly, the work immersion overall gave me these good personality traits as in the future, it will certainly be needed in applying it to a real working environment.
