GCVI Databases and ebooks

Databases provide accurate and reliable sources of information. The articles you find in a database have been previously published, so they have gone through an editorial process. Furthermore, you often cannot find these database articles through a regular internet search, and authorship and publication information is very clear.

Beside the excellent databases you can access through UG2GO (available to all Upper Grand DSB students), we subscribe to some excellent databases and e-books specifically for use by GCVI students.

Like UG2GO databases, you can access these databases and ebooks from school or from home, but unlike the UG2GO databases, you will need a username and password for the databases that we subscribe to for GCVI students.

This database is AMAZING!

JSTOR provides access to more than 12 million academic journal articles, books, and primary sources in 75 disciplines.
